| Article I - Name A. The name of this
association is the Track Owners Association of America, Inc. ("TOA" or the
"Association").
- Amendment No. 1: Adopted at General Meeting, July 1994. Because the Association is now
International in scope, with members in several overseas countries it was determined that
the name should be changed from "TOAA" to "TOA" or just "Track
Owners Association."
- Amendment No. 2: Adopted at General Meeting, July 1994. The TOA has been
incorporated as a not-for-profit organization and files federal tax returns each April 15th.
