Article III - Powers
- The Association shall have such powers as are now or may hereafter be granted by the
State of Georgia Not-For-Profit Corporation Act.
- The Association shall not engage in any business of a kind ordinarily carried on for
profit. Nothing in these Bylaws shall authorize the Association to; and the
Association shall not enter into any transaction; carry on any activity; or engage in any
business for pecuniary profit. Any monies received by the Association shall be
applied for the not-for-profit purposes and objects of the Association as set forth
herein, and no part thereof shall inure to the benefit of any private individual.
