1. Any individual, partnership or corporation engaged in the operation of a commercial car racing track or affiliated industry shall be eligible for membership in accordance with these bylaws.
   
2. The four classes of membership are:

Voting

Associate

Honorary and

Affiliate.

3. There shall be the following categories of voting members:

1. Track Owners

2. Distributors

3. Manufacturers

4. Publishers.

4. Honorary membership may be conferred upon any person by resolution of the Board of Directors.  An Honorary Member shall be entitled to a voice, but not a vote.
   
5. Any non-profit organization whose aims, goals and interest are compatible with those of the Association may be an affiliated member and the board of directors confers membership annually.  An officer of this association shall represent each affiliated member.  An affiliated member shall be entitled to a voice, but not a vote.
